For me, creating ceremonies is one of the most intense ways to bring beauty into life, to be aware of our presence in the world, and to give meaning to our existence. With a degree in the History of Religions and in Japanese language, literature and civilization from the University of Geneva, my academic career has enabled me to acquire knowledge of the spiritual history of our humanity, and to develop my thoughts on the rituals of passage in different cultures and what they represent in civilizations from the past to the present day. After a chapter of life in Japan echoing my aesthetic and symbolic approach to life, and several years of a diverse professional path, I’ve been accompanying you since 2018 as an independent celebrant.
I’d like to help you design ceremonies that reflect the celebrants, and are inclusive of all participants. To help you prepare, I have a number of working tools that I’ll be happy to present to you at our first meeting. Whether it’s accompanying you through the final stages of your life, saying goodbye to a loved one who’s passed away, guiding a couple on the road to union, or helping parents welcome a child and choose godparents, I’m always ready to listen and happily serve you.
